SUGGESTIONS
One keyword list. Three places to explore.
Find autocomplete ideas for search content, video topics and app-store research. Choose a source for each run; AutoSuggest does not search all three sources simultaneously.
- 01
Google Search
Explore Google Search autocomplete suggestions to build seed-keyword and long-tail content ideas.
- 02
YouTube
Discover YouTube autocomplete terms for video topics and keyword research.
- 03
Google Play
Gather Google Play autocomplete suggestions for Android app keyword research.
IN YOUR SHEET
Keep the research beside your keywords.
Set the language and country, enter one keyword per row, and run the matching source menu. AutoSuggest expands queries with a space and A–Z variations, combines repeated suggestions, and writes the results next to each input.
Suggestions are ordered by their weighted occurrence across these queries. This is not search volume, competition, keyword difficulty or ranking data. Results vary by keyword, source, language and country.
GET STARTED
From installation to your first suggestions.
Use an editable Google Sheets spreadsheet. Google authorization and an AppVector account token are required to run the add-on.
- 01
Install and authorize
Install AutoSuggest from Google Workspace Marketplace. Review and grant the permissions shown by Google.
- 02
Initialize your source sheet
Open Extensions → AutoSuggest → Initialize Sheet (First Time). Choose Google Search Sheet, PlayStore Sheet or Youtube Search Sheet, or initialize all three.
- 03
Connect AppVector
Choose Enter API Token and paste your AppVector token. It is validated before being saved. If no token is saved when you run a source, the token prompt opens automatically.
- 04
Add locale and keywords
Set language in C2 and country in C3, such as en and in. Enter keywords in column A starting at A7. Query weights are managed by the add-on; no points or weightage setup is needed.
- 05
Run and review
Choose Get Google Search Data, Get PlayStore Data or Get Youtube Data. Results start in column B beside each keyword. A rerun replaces that row’s previous suggestion output.
ACCOUNT & LIMITS
Connected to your AppVector plan.
An AppVector account and a valid API token are required. Usage is not unlimited: daily keyword allowances depend on your AppVector plan. Use Check Quota Limits in the add-on menu to see your limit and remaining allowance. See AppVector pricing for account and plan details.
One completed keyword uses one allowance, including a valid response with no suggestions. A keyword whose provider requests all fail does not use the allowance. Partial A–Z request failures can still produce a completed keyword that counts toward usage. Usage is shared across the three sources and resets at midnight, Asia/Kolkata.
Each menu run supports up to 100 nonempty keywords, subject to your remaining allowance. For a larger sheet, select a group of keyword rows in column A. For a single-row retry, select both A and B on that row, such as A9:B9.
DATA & PERMISSIONS
What AutoSuggest accesses, and why.
AutoSuggest uses the current spreadsheet to read the keyword inputs and language/country settings, create its source sheets, and write suggestion results. Its spreadsheet permission is limited to the current file; the add-on does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or other spreadsheets.
Entered keywords and locale settings are sent to the selected autocomplete service: Google Search, YouTube or Google Play. Your AppVector token is sent to AppVector to validate account access and retrieve your plan. These requests are necessary to generate suggestions and apply your plan’s allowance.
The token, plan, usage counters and saved locale preferences are stored in Apps Script User Properties for your Google account. Suggestion results are stored in your spreadsheet. You can replace the saved token through Enter API Token, and edit or delete results in the sheet. Contact Multivariate for account-data or deletion requests.
The add-on also uses HTML dialog permission for its user-initiated SearchVector keyword-research link. SearchVector opens in a new tab only after you click the link.
SUPPORT
Need a hand with AutoSuggest?
AutoSuggest is developed by Multivariate AI Pvt Ltd. For installation, account access, quota or data questions, contact info@multivariate.tech or use our contact page.
If a run cannot finish, the add-on explains the problem and the affected row. Completed rows and their usage are retained, so you can retry the remaining keywords without starting over. An empty result is different from a failed request; try a broader keyword or another locale when no suggestions are returned.
Google Sheets, Google Search, Google Play and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. AutoSuggest is a Multivariate product and is not endorsed by Google.
